Senior Applications Engineers
These are senior technical/business positions working with customers to change the way the world does analog and mixed-signal design. You'll help customers evaluate and succeed with Ciranova products for automated IC design, and use your experience to work with Ciranova marketing and R+D to help drive the direction of the industry's most advanced AMS design software. The successful candidates will be part of the core product team, not just a turnkey sales function. If you'd like to work in a fast-paced environment, with a hot product, and an R+D team that responds quickly to customer needs, then come work with us.
Sr FAE (1)
- Strong aptitude to build successful relationships with customers
- Understanding of basic device layout and familiarity with scripting (TCL, Python, SKILL)
- Good knowledge of advanced CMOS processes and DRC decks
- Some understanding of emerging DFM and DFY techniques
- Direct experience creating PCells, or enthusiasm to learn
- BSEE or CS or equivalent, and several years EDA/semiconductor industry experience
Sr FAE (2)
- Strong aptitude to build successful relationships with customers
- Familiarity with analog circuit design and layout techniques
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso
- BSEE or equivalent; MSEE preferred, and at least 3 years industry experience
Software Engineering
C++, object-oriented design and OpenAccess are at the center of all software development activities at Ciranova. Python is Ciranova’s extension language of choice. All Ciranova programming interfaces are exposed to users through Python.
Software Engineer: GUI design and development
You will participate in the design and development of graphical user interface tools that are part of Ciranova's physical design environment for custom IC circuits. You will join a small yet very talented team of engineers that focuses on all of the user interface aspects of the Ciranova system.
Software Engineer: Physical Design Tools
You will join a team of engineers that works on designing and implementing the core technology behind Ciranova's innovative technology that help design and implement physical implementation of Custom IC circuits. Knowledge of physical design algorithms, computational geometry and physical design infrastructure is very important for this position.
CAD Engineers: Parameterized Cells
You will join a small cadre of engineers who are pioneering the creation of the next generation of parameterized cells for Analog and Custom Digital design. You will be using Ciranova's advanced PyCell™ development methodology, applying object-oriented design techniques, writing sophisticated device implementations using a modern programming language like Python. There are a very few of you out there and we'd like you to join our team.
Operations: Systems Administration
You will be working with a strong team of software engineers building and maintaining the backbone of a software product development enterprise. Our software works on multiple flavors of Unix (Linux, Solaris, 32 bit, 64 bit, etc.), Mac OSX, and Microsoft Windows. The business side of the company is Windows based. While we are a small company we expect you to be at the center of all systems-related activity for business and product development.
