Telephone support is available from 0900-1700 PST (1600-0000 GMT) on weekdays, excluding holidays. If your company has a current premium support contract with Ciranova, the designated Support Representative(s) may call a dedicated support number to reach Ciranova's support team.
Please be prepared to describe the problem, and provide examples or problem documentation as necessary. Please also be prepared to leave a telephone number and/or email address where you may be reached.
In most cases, Ciranova will respond to all technical support telephone calls within twenty-four (24) hours from the time they are received.
